I’ve been told this is the best apple pie ever.
It isn’t a proper choco lava cake if there’s no oozing chocolate. Period.

My dry rub consists of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, thyme, basil, sage, rosemary, and paprika. I also add a few dashes of chilli flakes or cayenne pepper.
Just 3-ways.. because we’re bored.
