I bought a lot of beef ribs over the weekend and was looking for other ways to cook it, this one is a garlicky concoction.
One of my favorite dishes to make and pair with banchan and ssam,
I try to avoid fried food but I like the crunchy stuff so I looked for a way to make crunchy chicken wings using the oven. Secret ingredient: a pinch of baking soda.
…might just be a little bit hungover because of the excessive beer in the reduction. Haha!

…in brown butter sauce with freshly grated parmesan cheese and chilli flakes.
I also see mentaiko paired with udon but this time I used it with freshly made fettuccine since I was on a pasta roll haha
